Former Ozamiz City prosecutor Geronimo S. Marabe Jr. was gunned down by four unidentified suspects at Barangay 50th District.
He was immediately brought to Faith Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Marabe had retired from service in 2017.
Philippine National Police spokesperson Chief Supt. John Bulalacao said his killing may be related to cases he had handled. /je
