DFA opens Isabela consular office

Passport applicants in the province of Isabela need not go to Manila anymore.

The Department of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday opened its newest consular office in Santiago City, Isabela.

Located on the second floor of Robinsons Place Santiago, the office is the second passport center to be opened in Northern Luzon this month.

The DFA also opened a consular office in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

Some 100 walk-in passport applicants were served during the opening. /muf
