The town of Kitcharao in Agusan del Norte experienced a magnitude 3.3 quake on Tuesday afternoon, according to a Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) bulletin.
The tectonic earthquake was recorded 15 kilometers southeast of the town and was located at a depth of 26 kilometers.
Phivolcs said that no damages and aftershocks are expected as of now. /je
