BAGUIO CITY – Marijuana worth P8.7 million were uprooted and destroyed in two plantations in Tingayan town, Kalinga province on Tuesday (May 8), according to a belated Cordillera police report.
The Kalinga police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency discovered the plantations at Barangays (villages) Tulgao East and Tulgao West and destroyed 43,050 fully grown marijuana plants and 3,000 marijuana seedlings.
