NAGUILIAN, ISABELA — Two people were killed after a sports utility vehicle rammed into a tricycle in San Manuel village here on Sunday morning, a belated police report said.
The tricycle driver, Eduardo Morillo, 36, and his passenger, electrician Manolo Quidlat Jr., 28, were killed when a Toyota Fortuner collided with their vehicle in front of a building construction along the national road.
The Fortuner’s 36-year-old driver, Harries Camposagrado, surrendered to the police, but the victims’ families did not pursue charges.
