A fourth disbarment case has been filed against controversial lawyer Lorenzo Gadon, who had said he didn’t care if he was stripped of his attorney’s license.
The fourth case sought to disbar Gadon for shouting expletives and flashing the dirty finger at a peaceful rally in support of Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno in Baguio City two weeks ago.
Those were the same reasons cited by a third disbarment case filed against Gadon.
‘Bobo, p***ina mo’
Jover Laurio, the woman behind Pinoy Ako Blog, and Aunell Ross Angcos, a representative of the youth group Millenial PH, filed the fourth complaint against Gadon at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines on Tuesday.
In an 11-page complaint, Laurio and Angcos sought to penalize Gadon for gross ignorance of the law and immoral conduct.
Laurio and Angcos said they were at the Baguio rally on April 10 to show support for Sereno when Gadon started shouting at them: “Bobo!” and “P***ina mo.”
The expletives, they said, constituted grave oral defamation and grave slander by deed.
They said Gadon violated several rules in the Code of Professional Responsibility for lawyers.
