Free rides in the Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) await all workers in the public and private sectors on May 1.
In an advisory issued on Monday, the MRT-3 management said they will be giving free rides to workers in celebration of Labor Day.
To avail of the free rides, each worker must only present his or her company identification card at any MRT-3 station.
The MRT-3 free rides will be available during the so-called rush hours of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on May 1, the management said.
May 1 is a regular holiday in the country. /kga
