LPA to bring thunderstorms over Caraga, Davao regions

A trough of a low pressure area (LPA) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms over the Caraga and Davao regions, according to the forecast issued at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong east-northeast winds would blow over Northern Luzon. Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in the area.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate east-northeast winds, with slight to moderate coastal waters.

At 6:00 a.m., the country’s temperature dropped to 24.5°C and rose to 34.5°C at 11:00 a.m.

Sunday’s relative humidity was also highest at 6:00 a.m. with 83 percent, and lowest at 11:00 a.m. with 45 percent. /atm
