The (PRC) on Wednesday announced that 1,208 out of 2,663 examinees passed the April 2018 Electronics Engineer (ECE) Licensure Examinations, posting a national passing rate of 45.36%.
Far Eastern University – Institute of Technology graduate Mark Eullysis Alzaga led the passers with a rating of 93.30%, the PRC said.
University of the Philippines – Diliman dominated the top performing schools list with a 100% passing rate, with all of its 27 graduates making the cut.
Meanwhile, 1,141 out of 1,483 passed the April 2018 Electronics Technician (ECT) Licensure examination.
Four examinees tied for first place in the ECT examinations: Cagayan State University’s Mark Jefferson Arellano, Mapua Institute of Technology’s Cyrus Peter Lim and Fernando Paguio Roman Jr., and Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Maragondon’s Dannah Caye Palces.

The PRC said the registration for the issuance of professional identification cards and certificates of registration will be conducted from April 19 to April 25. The registration would be done on-line via www.prc.gov.ph.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees would be announced later, the PRC said.
