4 nabbed in Rizal, Batangas buy-busts

SAN PEDRO CITY – Four persons were arrested in separate anti-drug operations in Batangas and Rizal provinces early Tuesday morning.

In Teresa, Rizal, undercover policemen arrested Richard Mata, Anthony Castillo, and Ryan San Buenaventura in a sting operation in Barangay Dalig around 1:30 a.m., a report from the Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) police headquarters said.

Police recovered four sachets of suspected shabu along with other drug paraphernalia.

It was at about the same time in Bauan, Batangas when the police arrested drug suspect Rowel Bacong in Barangay Aplaya. Bacong sold two sachets of suspected shabu to the police, according to the police report. MARICAR CINCO
