In observance of the Holy Week, the United States Embassy in Manila will be closed on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
In an advisory Tuesday, the embassy said that it would resume regular operations on Monday, April 2.
“The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines and affiliated offices will be closed to the public on Thursday, March 29 and Friday, March 30 for Philippine holidays,” the embassy said in the advisory.
“The Embassy and affiliated offices will resume regular services on Monday, April 2,” it added.
Maundy Thursday and Good Friday have been declared regular holidays to commemorate the suffering and death of Christ. /cbb
