Eastern Visayas and Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rain due to the trough of a tropical storm outside the Philippine area of responsibility, the state weather bureau said Monday.
Tropical Storm Jelawat was last spotted 1,320 kilometers east of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Metro Manila and Northern Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the prevailing northeast monsoon.
Localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain over the rest of the country. /cbb
