Fair weather on Sunday – Pagasa

The country will generally experience fair weather on Sunday, the weather bureau said in its morning forecast.

But Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 a.m. bulletin.

Pagasa said moderate to strong east to northeast winds would blow over Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon, of the Visayas and of Mindanao, with moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate east to northeast winds and slight to moderate coastal waters, the weather bureau added. /cbb
