DOH: Dengue cases decline in first two months of 2018
The Department of Health (DOH) has recorded more than a 30-percent decline in cases of dengue in the country for the first two months of the year.
In an interview with Radyo Inquirer 990AM on Wednesday, Health Secretary Francisco Duque said dengue cases nationwide dropped by about 32.56 percent compared to the same period last year.
According to DOH data, there were 15,599 dengue cases recorded nationwide from Jan. 1 to Feb. 24 this year.

In 2017, the health department counted 23,131 cases during the same period.
