Pagasa: Warm weather to persist Tuesday

Warm weather will continue to be experienced in the eastern section of the country on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

Temperature as high as 35 degrees Celsius may be felt in the country due to the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 24-hr weather forecast.

Metro Manila is expected to experience 34°C weather.

Meanwhile, Baguio City will enjoy chilly weather with 15°C.

Despite this, Pagasa sees relatively cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers in the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms. /cbb
