Watch out for scattered rain on Wednesday — Pagasa

The country will have cloudy skies with rainshowers due to the tail-end of a cold front and northeast monsoon, the state weather bureau said on Wednesday.

The Bicol region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought by the tail-end of a cold front, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

The state weather bureau advised the residents of the said areas to take caution for possible flooding and landslide.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rain over the Cagayan Valley, Pagasa said.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country are expected to experience a partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms, it also said. /cbb
