Arroyo: Clark, Subic becoming centers of PH commerce

/ 05:18 AM February 27, 2018

CLARK FREEPORT — Investments have started to move toward Clark and Subic, which are becoming the new centers of governance and commerce, former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo said here on Monday.

Arroyo graced the ceremonial drive-through at the new Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway’s Mabiga interchange as well as the opening of the Sta. Ines-Magalang exit of the North Luzon Expressway, both in Pampanga province.

Arroyo said the Duterte administration was slowly relocating the bureaucracy from Metro Manila to Clark and Subic to stem Metro Manila’s urban decay and to decongest it. —Carmela Reyes-Estrope
