Pagasa: Cloudy skies in most parts of PH

 

Metro Manila and most parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.

The easterlies is the most dominant weather system at present affecting the eastern section of the country, according to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

The northeast monsoon or hanging amihan, meanwhile, is affecting Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands, Pagasa said.

On the other hand, the state weather agency said that coastal waters will be moderate to rough over Northern Luzon while it will be light to moderate over the rest of the country.         /kga
