CEBU CITY — The lawyer of self-confessed drug distributor Rolando “Kerwin” Espinosa Jr. was injured after still unidentified assailants attacked him along one of the busiest streets in Cebu City on broad daylight Monday.

According to SPO1 Winston Ybanez of the Cebu City homicide section, Ungab was driving his car past 11 a.m. when two unidentified suspects shot him along S. Osmeña Street, North Reclamation Area in Cebu City.
