Policemen court MRT riders with roses on Valentine’s Day

Members of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) and Police Community Relation Group of the Philippine National Police swooped down on the Cubao station of the Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT) early Wednesday in a heartfelt police operation.

Armed with roses, the lawmen attempted to capture the hearts of commuters in an operation dubbed “Katok ng Pagbabago Mula sa Puso” on Valentine’s Day.

Policemen gave roses to a number of passengers at about 8 a.m.

The mascots of the PNP Chief Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa and QCPD’s PO1 Hinirang were spotted at the event. /cbb
