Flights between Manila, Batanes canceled
Several flights between Basco in Batanes and Manila, and Tuguegarao and Manila were canceled due to bad weather, airport authorities reported on Sunday.
The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) has announced the cancelation of the following domestic flights as of 11 a.m.:
