Former Customs Chief Nicanor Faeldon finally faced the Senate blue ribbon committee on Monday amid threats that he might end up in a city jail if he continues to snub its hearings.

Faeldon has been detained in the Senate since September after he refused to participate in the committee’s investigation on the alleged corruption at the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
