MANILA, Philippines—Police arrested two persons transporting illegal logs in Agusan del Sur, Superintendent Martin Gamba said Friday.
Danilo Salvador Bahian, 38, and Rhotzel Elayon Celmar, 24, were caught by police at around 1 p.m. Thursday with 165 pieces of Lauan lumber worth about P15,000 on board a jeepney in Sibagat town.
The suspects have been taken into custody by police, said Gamba.
