Expect rain all over this Monday
The Eastern Visayan and Caraga regions will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, the weather bureau said Monday.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) advised the residents in Eastern Visayas and Caraga to take extra precaution for possible flash floods and landslides due to the tail-end of a cold front affecting the regions.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain over the Cagayan Valley region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
Metro Manila, the Ilocos region, the Cordilleras, and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain also due to the northeast monsoon, Pagasa said.
The rest of the country, the weather bureau said, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. /cbb
