The Eastern Visayan and Caraga regions will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, the weather bureau said Monday.

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) advised the residents in Eastern Visayas and Caraga to take extra precaution for possible flash floods and landslides due to the tail-end of a cold front affecting the regions.
