LUCENA CITY—-Police found the body of a naked woman along the Quirino highway in Tagkawayan town in Quezon province early Saturday.
A spot report from Tagkawayan police station said the still unidentified victim described as about 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet in height, medium built and long hair, was found along the right side of the highway in Barangay (village) San Francisco around 6:30 a.m.
Citing information from villagers, the naked victim wrapped in cloth was left by an unidentified suspect early dawn.
The report said though the victim could be a possible rape case, “it is not yet definite.” Police said they were still waiting for the final report from the scene of the crime investigators.
