SAN LEONARDO, NUEVA ECIJA – Two persons were killed as their motorcycles crashed onto each other along Maharlika Highway.
Authorities identified the fatalities as Edilberto Navarro, a resident of Candaba town in Pampanga province, and Florante Tomas of the Science City of Muñoz. The accident occurred Tuesday night as they drove through the highway in Diversion village.
Rescuers brought the victims to the Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center in Cabanatuan City, but the motorcycle riders were declared dead on arrival by attending physicians./kga
