Cloudy skies, chance of rain to persist amid easterlies, amihan – Pagasa

The easterlies will continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms over Northern Mindanao and the regions of Caraga and Davao region, as well as Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte, and Bohol, the state weather bureau said on Wednesday.
 

The northeast monsoon, on the other hand, will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain over Babuyan Group of Islands and Batanes.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, meanwhile, said that Ilocos region, Cordillera, and the rest of Cagayan Valley region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains, while localized thunderstorms will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.        /kga
