Man found hanging from Cavite bridge
SAN PEDRO CITY—A man was found dead hanging from a bridge on the boundary of General Mariano Alvarez (GMA) town and Dasmariñas City in Cavite province early Tuesday.
The police have not yet identified the man but said circumstances led them to believe he had committed suicide.
Superintendent Chito Macaspac, spokesperson of the Cavite police, said residents reported about a body hanging from the Embarkadero bridge in Barangay (village) Maderan, GMA, around 5:30 a.m.
The man wore a white shirt and a pair of denim pants and had a string from a bag tied around his neck.
Motorists, meanwhile, said the incident slowed down traffic in the vicinity.#
