The Supreme Court (SC) has required proponents of martial law to attend the two-day oral arguments on the decree’s extended implementation in Mindanao slated for this week.
In a press conference, SC Information Chief Atty. Theodore Te said Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary and martial law administrator Delfin Lorenzana, Armed Forces Chief of Staff Gen. Rey Leonardo Guerrero, and Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa should appear in court for the oral arguments scheduled this Tuesday and Wednesday. /kga
