A tail-end of a cold front would bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Bicol Region and Quezon, the weather bureau said in its Sunday morning forecast.

Mindanao would also experience the same weather condition due to easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4:00 a.m. bulletin.

Meanwhile, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora would have cloudy skies with scattered rains due to northeast monsoon or amihan.

Amihan would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains throughout Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon and of CALABARZON, Pagasa said.

MIMAROPA would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers because of localized thunderstorms, the weather bureau added. /je
