SAN JOSE CITY—-An alleged drug session was spoiled by a man being chased by police officers, when he ran into the drug users’ house on Wednesday (January 3), according to a belated report.

Kristian Tan, 28, and Marx Lennin Lumibao, 29, were caught sniffing shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) by policemen when the man they were pursuing, John Noriel Esteban, entered their house in Barangay (village) Rafael Rueda Sr. at 12:40 p.m., said PO1 Christian Pulido, San Jose police information officer.

Esteban, who was driving a motorcycle, had ignored the police when he was flagged down at a checkpoint, prompting the chase. He drove right up to the house of Tan and Lumibao. The police recovered four sachets of suspected shabu from the two suspected drug abusers. Armand Galang INQ
