MPD releases Black Nazarene route for Traslacion 2018

The Manila Police District (MPD) released on Wednesday the route of the Black Nazarene procession on Tuesday, Jan. 9.

The procession of the image of the Black Nazarene will start at the Quirino Grandstand at around 6 a.m.

The route for Traslacion 2018 will be on the following areas:

  • Go to P. Burgos (southbound lane) thru Jones Bridge

In anticipation of the millions of devotees who will attend the Traslacion 2018, about 5,000 police officers and 1,500 augmentation forces will be deployed in Metro Manila on Jan. 9, MPD spokesman Supt. Erwin Margarejo said Tuesday. /atm
