A tricycle driver wanted for alleged indiscriminate firing on Christmas day was arrested in Manila on Wednesday for not wearing a shirt.

He said that Robles’s immediate violation was lack of upper garment, which is punishable under a city ordinance.

The indiscriminate firing case stemmed from the complaint filed by another tricycle driver Renz John Ponce, 21, who claimed that Robles poked a gun at him before shooting in the air at about 1:30 p.m. on Juan Luna St. corner Raxabago St.. —Aie Balagtas See
