Several domestic flights between Manila and Tuguegarao City were canceled due to inclement weather on Monday, despite the exit of typhoon “Vinta” from the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) has announced the cancelation of the following flights as of 11:40 a.m.:

5J 504 Manila to Tuguegarao
5J 505 Tuguegarao to Manila
PAL Express
2P 2014 Manila to Tuguegarao
2P 2015 Tuguegarao to Manila
