/ 03:02 PM December 24, 2017

Officials of the Bureau of Immigration foiled a human smuggling attempt of foreign nationals on Sunday at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1.

A report from the BI Port Operations said the foreigners believed to be Iranians, were caught with fraudulent Belgium passports after arriving from Bangkok.

“They are being checked for highly possible possession of Iranian passports,” the report said.

The foreigners were identified as Masoomeh Javidialsaadi, Parsa Javidialsaadi, both males; and another female with the same surname. /je
