WATCH: Intensifying ‘Vinta’ makes landfall in Palawan

Severe Tropical Storm “Vinta” made a landfall Saturday night in Palawan and further intensified, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its 11 p.m. update.
