Domestic flights cancelled due to ‘Vinta’

(Updated) Over a dozen domestic flights have been called off even as tropical storm “Vinta” slightly weakened on Friday.

The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) announced that as of 12:50 p.m., the following flights have been cancelled:
