/ 06:50 AM December 15, 2017

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) formally opened a district office in Taytay, Rizal province, on Tuesday.

Nick Suarez, the bureau’s public information officer, said it was the first district office inaugurated to meet the targets set under the new law that seeks to reorganize and modernize the bureau, like the setup of an NBI office in every province.

The Taytay office, located at the old municipal hall in Barangay Kadalagahan, will be headed by Agent Migdonio Congzon, with lawyer Heli Tiu as executive officer, under the direct supervision of NBI’s Calabarzon Regional Office.
