DID YOU KNOW: Who led the 2nd nationwide PH census?

The second nationwide census of the Philippines was launched in December 1918 under the leadership of Ignacio Villamor, then director of the Bureau of Census.

Villamor was also the first Filipino president of the University of the Philippines, a post he held from 1915 to 1918. —Marielle Medina
