The House justice committee has approved the consolidated bill expanding the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG).

This means the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) and the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC) would now be absorbed into the OSG.

Umali lauded the OSG for a “hundred percent success of all cases” it handled.
