The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) seized P5-million worth of crystal meth, locally known as “shabu,” and arrested three suspects in a buy-bust operation in Manila Sunday evening.
Arrested were Hu Li Yue a.k.a. Cai Olewat, 54, a Chinese national; Albert Ferrer, 37, and Bealyn Abaja, 18.
The operation was conducted by PDEA RO-NCR Eastern District Office at the Brickstone Hotel on M.H. del Pilar Street, Manila
Authorities seized a kilogram of suspected shabu.
The suspects will be charged for violation of The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Republic Act No. 9165). /atm
