Six people were injured in a five-vehicle accident along C-5 Road in Pasig City on Friday.
According to the Pasig City Rescue Unit, the crash happened at the corner of Julia Vargas Avenue in Barangay (village) Ugong Pasig City at around 1 p.m., DZIQ Radyo Inquirer reported. The vehicles involved in the mishap were two L-300 vans, an Isuzu Crosswind, a Mitsubishi Montero, and a Mistubishi Strada.
The Montero and Strada tumbled due to the impact of the crash.
The six victims sustained minor injuries; one of them was brought to the hospital.
The incident slightly jammed the traffic flow in the area as it occupied two lanes of the road.
The vehicles have been removed as of posting.
The Pasig City Traffic Management Bureau is currently investigating the incident. With Cyrille Cupino/Radyo Inquirer
