President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed former solicitor general and justice secretary Agnes Vicenta Devanadera as the new Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) chief.
According to the appointment paper dated Nov. 22 and released on Friday, Devanadera will serve the ERC until July 10, 2022, replacing the embattled former ERC head Jose Vicente Salazar.
