Bicol region, the rest of Mindanao and the provinces of Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon are expected to have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, according to Pagasa.
Meanwhile, the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, and Cagayan Valley would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, on the other hand, would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers based on the weather bulleting of Pagasa. /kga
