Doctor unhurt as vehicle collides with bus in Quezon City

MANILA, Philippines – A bus driver is being investigated by authorities after hitting a car along East Avenue in Diliman, Quezon City, a Radyo Inquirer report said Tuesday.

The report said a Taguig MetroLink bus (TYR 985) collided with a Land Rover Sport Utility Vehicle (YZB 238), driven by an unidentified doctor, in front of the East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC).

Citing authorities, the report said that the Land Rover was on its way to the EAMC hospital when the bus coming from the Elliptical Road crashed into the doctor’s car.

Due to the impact, the car skidded but the driver escaped injury with the help of his seatbelt.
