MANILA, Philippines — A man collapsed and died on a sidewalk in Cubao, Quezon City Tuesday morning, said the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority.
The MMDA identified the victim over Twitter as 41-year-old Arnold Estrera Lagare, a Quezon City resident.
Dang Rosulada of the MMDA Metrobase said that Lagare threw up before collapsing along the sidewalk in front of Samson College.
She said that a concerned citizen informed the MMDA of the incident at around 9 a.m.
Scene of the Crime Operatives have arrived at the area, she added.
