Rains in the forecast on All Saints’ Day

/ 07:03 AM November 01, 2017

Don’t forget to bring your umbrellas and rain jackets when visiting departed loved ones at the cemetery on Wednesday, All Saints’s Day.

The state weather bureau forecasts scattered rains across the archipelago due to a low pressure area, the northeast monsoon, and localized thunderstorms.

Sea travel for small vessels is also discouraged in Luzon as a gale warning over most of northern Philippines’ seaboards remained hoisted.

In its 24-hour weather forecast issued at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Pagasa warned of scattered moderate to occasional heavy rains in Aurora, Quirino and Quezon provinces today. —Jaymee T. Gamil
