LOOK: Rainy pre-All Saints Day

Filipinos who will visit the Manila North Cemetery should bring umbrellas as rains are expected to prevail until Wednesday, All Saints Day.

On Tuesday, the crowd at the Manila North Cemetery reached 300,000 despite the continuous rains throughout the day.

This crowd turnout was lower compared to last year’s 400,000, Police Senior Inspector Ana Simbajon of the Sta. Cruz police station said.

Despite the bad weather in Metro Manila, which, according to weather bureau was triggered by the northeast monsoon or “hanging Amihan,” more people are expected to brave the rains on Wednesday, Simbajon said.
