Did You Know: Boy Scouts Week is from Oct. 31 to Nov. 6

Boy Scouts Week is observed from Oct. 31 to Nov. 6 by virtue of Proclamation No. 39 signed on Sept. 3, 1947, by then President Manuel Roxas.

On Oct. 31, 1936, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) was founded with the enactment of Commonwealth Act No. III.

At present, the BSP national office is located on Natividad Lopez Street in Ermita, Manila. —Marielle Medina
