A fire is currently destroying a supermarket inside a mall in Monumento, Caloocan City.
Radyo Inquirer 990 AM reported that the fire broke out from the stockroom of Robinsons Supermarket located inside Victory Central Mall around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) raised a first alarm on the fire about 30 minutes later.
The report said firefighters are having difficulty entering the establishment because of the heavy smoke.
The blaze is still ongoing as of posting. /kga
